Matthew asks Soo what she was doing and she explains about the party and says that they can't come with her. Later Soo decides to wash her party dress and leaves it in the shower to dry, but Sooty decides to have a shower, so he throws the dress out the way! While Sweep cleans the bath with Soo's socks. Meanwhile Soo has made some chocolates, as a present to take to the party, however Matthew, Sooty and Sweep eat all the chocolates, except for one they save for Soo! Soo is very upset, but the gang offer to buy some more chocolates from the shop. Soo then goes to check on her dress in the bathroom, while Sooty and Sweep try to fix Soo's shoes, but make a bigger mess off them! Soo discovers her dress on the floor in the bathroom which is still completely wet through! She also discovers her socks, which are filthy from being use to clean the bath. Soo goes to complain to Matthew about them ruining her preparations for her party outfit and is extremely upset. She states her taxi will arrive in half an hour to take her to the party. Matthew tells Sooty and Sweep to get Soo's dress and socks dried in the tumble dryer and to buy some more chocolates from the shop. All the problems have been sorted out and Soo has gone to her party. Soo is brought home from the party by 'Ray Alan' who performs a ventrilquism routine with his dummy 'Lord Charles', while Soo explains what a great time she had at the party. Later Matthew practices talking while drinking cocoa, while Lord Charles reads Sooty, Sweep and Soo a bedtime story.
